The Swiss high-tech-company Kistler has joined two of its previous German production sites for sensor technology in Sindelfingen and has restructured them. For optimum equipment of its 100 workplaces, the company has opted for ergonomic solutions from the workplace experts of Waldmann, Karl and Bimos.
The most important objectives in planning the new site in Sindelfingen have been efficient interior design of the building and optimum flexibility and standardised set-up of the workplaces.
Ergonomic lighting is essential for the
production workplaces at Kistler Instrumente GmbH. At many microscope
workplaces, tiny small soldering points must be illuminated.
The light intensity of the
TAMETO Waldmann luminaires can be adjusted to the lighting of the microscope in
such a way that a high strain to the eyes is avoided. The workplace-system
luminaire TAMETO provides up to 60 % of energy-saving while exhibiting an
illuminance that is up to 40 % higher compared to conventional luminaires with
compact fluorescent lamps. It can either be permanently connected or suspended
above the table. Moreover, it is available in various lengths for different
table widths and lighting needs and it also impresses with its optics. To
guarantee efficient functioning at work, Waldmann has also opted for an
extremely homogeneous, glare-free and flicker-free light.
